How do I get a refund for my order?

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee if you are unsatisfied for any reason. This applies only to apps that are one-time purchases and does not include reoccurring subscriptions.

Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, submit a support ticket with the following information:
- Full Name
- Email Address associated with account that made the purchase
- Order ID
- App(s) you are requesting a refund for along with the following for each website the app was installed on
- Website ID
- Website Secure URL
- Reason for refund
Removing Apps From Your Website
To uninstall the app from your website click the "Delete App" button located under the instructions tab of the app.
