The App Isn’t Accessible
If you login and can’t find your app in the admin menu…
Click the developer tab and ensure your app files were transferred to the test site.
If they weren’t you should try and create a new test site. If that one fails to transfer as well please submit a support ticket so we can investigate the problem.
If your files were transferred to the site, it’s likely there is an error in the menu.json file. Verify that your menu.json file is setup correctly. See: Customize the Admin console menu
The App Gets a 401 Error
Console Shows 404 Errors
Ensure you check the browser console when testing your apps. 404 errors indicate you’re referencing a file that doesn’t exist at the specified location. If you’re getting 404 errors you should fix them prior to requesting an app review.
